There are a number of vacant lots in the city which are difficult to build using conventional solutions. The construction in these areas is important for renewal and growth of the city “to the center.” This draft recovery of urban space provides a innovative solution which mitigates the need for the city to grow their limits.
A new type of collective housing designed for field Felistrasse in Linz, which are distributed on different floors and feature terraces. Housing overlap to shape the building corner is a volume of 4 levels. The building includes underground parking, retail on the first floor and housing on upper floors.
The building includes courtyards that mark its position in the center. Seven departments are located on the second level and third level are the departments with which courts have access to the terraces.
