Taking advantage of the soft cross pendiende the plot, the new house is located at a level slightly lower than the existing. The ground floor is protected from view by the retaining wall that extends the gap between the two houses, so it can be fully glazed, with an ongoing relationship with the porches. The top floor, exposed to view, unfolds in a prism essentially opaque, concentrating all openings in a gallery which faces south.
