A-cero just finished on the urbanization of Pozuelo de Alarcón ” The Villa “(Madrid ) . Differs fundamentally from the other buildings of the residential complex by its size (1,000 m2). Its dimensions smaller than the volumes of the sector, make it a home cozy and comfortable that invites you to enjoy it and offers the highest quality of life for their owners. Its innovative design impossible angles , volumes resounding and dramatic overhangs make this building one of the best examples of architecture of A- zero.

It is covered almost entirely of travertine ventilation space only in certain areas , as in the vertical plane of the main entrance has been replaced by dark gray granite . The clarity of the material of the facade with the white that dominates the interior and numerous windows make this home a place brimming with light and vitality. The property is in a parcel -shaped rectangular and 4,500 m². The building is on two levels (low and basement) that fit perfectly matched to the slope of the land where stands the house . This area outside has been installed a barbecue and a spectacular bar bar designed by A-cero with an outdoor pool with jacuzzi.

It is a building on two levels : low and basement. However, the slope of the plot where the house makes the lowest floor is fully illuminated and outward looking. From the main entrance (on the entrance floor ) is accessed by a hallway that leads into a spacious living and dining room. Both rooms empty into the rear facade of the building and feature large windows that open onto a porch where it has enabled other outdoor seating very broad.

In the far right of the building has been designed a area spa with indoor pool. In the next post of this same floor is the master bedroom decorated in white and gold, and with a splendid picture window overlooking the garden rear residence. a dressing room and a spacious bathroom.

For stairs interior accessing the basement where they are located three bedrooms with bathrooms and a games room . Also, at this level is a gym, a movie theater , wine cellar , rooms facilities and garage .
