It created an L-shaped volume in order to maximize the space around the residence. This decision allowed the development of the pool and surrounding garden. The building consists of four levels on an elevated platform, where the living – dining room and kitchen are. All spaces open to the garden and pool through large glass surfaces. The floor of the canopies over the kitchen, create a protected area and in the shade outdoors.
On the first floor are three bedrooms and a master bedroom. The basement is occupied by office space, a small gym and room service. And in the second area is located basements for parking. The construction is made of a steel frame structure, which is revealed in many parts of the house. It is a juxtaposition of volumes covered in different materials and textures such as concrete, perforated steel surfaces, extensive glass and shading system aluminum accents.
