Access to the plot is via an elevated ramp that was built to preserve the existing walls that enclose the site on the side facing north. The structure is almost transparent volume combined with red slate walls that define the relationship between interior and exterior space.
The house follows a symmetrical plan designed to take advantage of the natural elements of their surroundings, with a simple design with four bedrooms and an open plan living, kitchen and dining room. Private areas in the west side are designed for regular use, while the east side are more versatile. The area is characterized by its relation to common areas.
The bedrooms at the end of this feature a separate bathroom located between them, at the west end, each room has a bathroom. The guest bathroom is also on this point.
The kitchen consists of two distinct areas, one side closer to the dining area, and the other for support and storage that overlooks the living room. The south-facing living room soaked in the natural landscape views through floor to ceiling glass, doors opening onto the garden, which is characterized by natural landscapes and a minimum of intervention.
