The house consists of three separate units: services (lobby, office, laundry, basement, garage), parts of collective life (living room, kitchen, which can be separated when parents want to close it), and finally children rooms, set around a multipurpose space.
The methods and holding time are different, different expectations: for this first function, group life and welcome to the second, privacy for the third.
Furthermore, this fragmentation is in resonance with the context: it is more than a house, three volumes, such as heterogeneous buildings in the neighborhood. Due to the small field, these are superimposed.
