Interesting but complicated the land on which stands the house owned by the Espinosa family Viramontes.

As the fourth home built by Agraz Architects for the client, it is important to note that the conditions of life have created this ever-changing residences.

The latter, called Casa E, manages to win a place quite complex and shot gun as a whole achieved with facade houses adjacent to it, setting up a new dialogue with its surroundings. In drawings, the building is released three edges leading to the outside plant dynamic enough for a regular triangular site.

A large semi-outdoor patio sheltered by a wooden lattice that caution shade and quality of space is the joint where the family dynamics converge. This place is complemented by a double-height space which leads to the access and distribution foyer, in turn inspired by a staircase turned into sculpture that hangs to the second level, linking space with light dumbbells.

This, in charge of mastering space armed with simple elements, finds its splendor in the spacious white interior control trap and generating spatial qualities that communicate with the outside through openings reasoned in complicity with the outside. Here, noble gardens surrounding the house recognizing the geometry and movement of the ground.

The use of noble materials generates a language sober, elegant and devoid of ornament that enhances the simple lines.

The work itself expresses a constant desire to find new elements to help understand and shape an architecture that is able to collect simple categorical spatial conditions in figures are drawn as clean lines and refined clear space.
