The Home R & E is located in an area with no slope. Peripheral location in relation to the lot and the proximity of existing neighboring buildings, made the privacy constraints commit the side walls, but without losing the importance of the relationship with the external environment. All these requests are because it is only one owner, who is visited each weekend by his family
The characteristics of lot size, the location of the house is working on a longitudinal axis, thus creating division between access and private recreational area.
The proposed volume on level one, is a solid volume with a low percentage of transparency inland from his forehead, thus solving the main requirement privacy from the street accessRequested by the owner. This same volume is completely open on the opposite side, ie, his view of the terrace and recreation area, can benefit as much light and view of the environment.
The higher volume is proposed as the operating characteristics of the program.
