Industrialized modular housing prototype that enables growth and change over time. All building systems are dry. With them are manufactured in factory units complete with all interior finishes of the maximum size supported by the conventional transport (3m wide, 2.50 high, and up to 12 long).
Only the top layer of the facade and the roof is put in place to ensure continuity, overlap and waterproofing of the meetings. Interior partitions, storage and fixed furniture are incorporated into the vertical walls, which house facilities technically high quality, automation and other custom elements for each configuration.
The resulting set, provides quality control over the runtime, maintenance plans and options for growth much higher than traditional construction. The principles of sustainable economy and the spirit of recycling accompany all project decisions.
