Independence Program: The house is broken into three main volumes containing three aspects of the program (social, private and visits), respectively. These three are connected by two joints or glass bridges that join more than three components, create transparency throughout the house.
Patio central The three volumes of the house are composed of a central courtyard, surrounded by an internal gallery that serves the different components of the program.
Orientation and views: The circle inside the courtyard allows all environments either project their views to the mountain or valley Ilala Tumbaco, which are the most permeable walls of the house.
The house is located on one floor, with only one study and a raised terrace and gazebo on the social area. This creates a double height space in the target volume and glass, which rests on the ground floor of the house that is armed to stone.
