This new sushi is located in a open courtyard the newly completed Shanghai International Finance Center. Using origami concept as the main design guideline, Divide the space into different areas; sushi bar, bar, two dining areas, sitting areas and Tatami rooms.
Each zone is formed from a feature origami, Which is built colors and different materials Such as perforated aluminum panels, translucent panels of stone and linen. With different lighting effects Each zone gets its own spatial character.
In addition, all areas are linked by a unified and origami sky suspended, Which runs from access to VIP rooms, At the end of the store. This unifies areas and creates a transition space throughout the restaurant.
