This guest house is set on the basis of a companion volume to the lake, which is divided into three parts to accommodate three different functions – living, storage and parking.
The book, built entirely of wood, came from an even more simple to be multiplied to create a lightweight construction, which seeks to respect the natural environment in the most sensitive, aesthetic and creative as possible.
Derived from a single module, with dimensions of 2.5 x 4.5 m, the entire architecture is developed through their multiplication, thus achieving contain three types of programs required. That is why the wooden structure, which forms each of the ten modules contains a slight variation depending on the demand for each program.
The first four modules are open to one side, and serve to contain within the volume covered parking. The next two modules are partially open to store agricultural equipment and others.
The following three modules, which are living spaces were designed much more closed to create more privacy and protection from sun and wind. The first module contains the access and the master bedroom. The following is provided for the living room and a service area that contains the toilet, shower and kitchen.
