The Grand Hotel de Cabourg is located in an enviable position on the Channel coast in Normandy. This luxury hotel , opened in 1907, was a favorite of French writer Marcel Proust, who immortalized in his famous work “In Search of Lost Time” under the name of Grand Hotel de Balbec.
Proust was a regular visitor and his room was kept as to the origin. Spacious rooms, balconies overlooking the sea, large terraces and lush gardens combined with the delicious fish dishes that make your stay becomes an unforgettable experience for the senses. The complex was added to Trivago Top 10 historic hotels, which are distinguished for having hosted famous artists or established politicians.
