This pavilion is located in the Botanical Garden University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj. The new building includes a ruin represented by a stone wall of a small building that had been proposed for demolition.
Designed as a multifunctional building with a research and educational profile, Pavilion Germplasm contains a conference room, guest accommodations, laboratory and small library.
The architectural solution makes the new building a bridge between the natural and built elements of the site, designed as a low profile, which highlights the stone wall while inserting new different and surprising spaces.
