The new type of housing proposed by the Study Aisslinger is modular, sustainable and transportable. Designed by Werner Aisslinger, the house Fincube is inserted into a second timber facade blind way. This second layer delivers to its residents privacy and artificial structure blends with the natural environment.
With 49 m2 of living space, could accommodate different uses in addition to housing, tourism, recreational or office. The structure of the facade is built of local larch and the interior is a mixture of larch, pine and glass.
The house, with a low CO2 footprint, is arranged on a base by adding a total height of 5 meters. It is designed to be easily disassembled and moved to a new location with minimal impact on the ground, because the surface anchoring at the base is 2 m2. The house-type that we see in the pictures is located in Renon, northern Italy.
