This spaces constant in major urban cities with a certain density, especially when the city underwent changes that require adaptation in some areas towards urban and architectural developments with commercial dyes, this is how comes the change in the Atemajac Valley street. The Atemajac building is a construction project on residential use with a high degree of deterioration and no architectural input, so it was decided to demolish the house to make way for commercial and architectural regeneration.
Formally, the building consists in overlooks the main street, allowing great light to the interior, away in it side for three balconies in steel structure looming behind a lattice which has a design made up of panels arrhythmic Smooth and perforated. The building comprises 3 levels, the ground floor serves the business requirement with parking and basic furniture and also access to front on the main street. Levels 1 and 2 consist of office areas which composition of each plant offers the possibility to rent a larger area overlooking the avenue and north-facing child or another film, which with a balcony located at the end the premises to compensate the narrow space.
