4 decades passed before she first viewed it again and bought a forested chunk of property on the hillside populated with madrone trees, firs, beech, thistle, moss and rocks with magnificent sights towards the west. Throughout her existence rocks, character and landscape performed a huge role in her own artwork. This program includes a combined kitchen-dining-living space, study, master bedroom, art studio and storage space.
The answer utilizes a few of her favorite materials old barn wood, rusty steel, moss and rocks. Large doorways slide off to open the home towards the expansive sights, developing a family room within the forest. The 800 s.f. art studio and storage space remain raw to facilitate transforming these phones additional sleeping rooms later on.
