Bjarko|Serra Architects have designed a house with Dabob Bay views in Washington State . This house built in three floor and present the natural qualities of the site, such as water, forest, mountain and ravine views. From every space of this house, plan follows the topography. It built match with the natural condition, no trees were cut and little earth was moved in placing the building. Architect Greg Bjarko exposed timber structure and a material palette of Western Red Cedar siding, mixed grain fir tongue & groove boards, soapstone, and concrete complement the rugged forest and mountain setting. A traditional gable roof shell, interpretation a modern building characteristic by giving a transparency and crisp contemporary detailing.
