Concert hall and theater are located on both sides of the opera. The walls of the theater, the smallest of the three halls are lined with thick silk upholstery, split into red, purple and orange lines. Both boards have a capacity of 1040 people.

The ceiling of the concert hall consists of acoustic panels in the form of waves that resemble abstract art. Concert Hall has a capacity of 2017 seats.
