A timber closure parts are defined garden areas, patios and terraces technical ordering field programmatically, and shape but more protected open space, required immediate surroundings have not yet built.

1. To reduce air conditioning costs of the building, projecting a closed volume of services and vertical circulation to the west, which protects against excessive sunlight the office area. With this objective, the volume setting is constructed from walls and concrete slabs in sight, with minimal fenestration so as to favor the thermal mass. By concentrating all program services and vertical runs of facilities, this area will also serve the future expansion of the building, projected on the current parking area.

2. To the east lie the open floor plans, executed on the basis of piers, beams and concrete slabs, allowing maximum use of sunlight and views. Open spaces that are built privilege program flexibility by allowing various configurations indoors.

3. Between the two bodies were located the empty entrance hall, the entire height of the building. This large reception area is crossed by bridges that connect the main volumes. The void spaces acoustically isolated from jobs and services, and allows the visual relationship between the different areas of the company, facilitating communication between small size plants. It also sets up a facade to interior work spaces, natural lighting earning from the skylights of the Hall and a wider pool of vision open.

The design sought the volume and constructive simplicity of the building, using fewer materials, favoring quality and durability. The narrow range of standardized materials and construction details, along with the installation of systems and services to a centralized view, reduced construction costs and future maintenance costs of the building.
