The construction of a school, during school break times adjusted to summer, we allowed only a little more than 60 working days of work, so we chose a simple design, functional and economic, in addition to a prefabricated building system and prestressed concrete.
This system was to develop the foundations for later work with a crane mounted structural elements that came from the factory, leaving the structural work completed after a little over 30 days, in order to work in parallel with the facilities and the subsequent terminations that due to the eligibility of school, had to be inexpensive, functional and above all quick to implement. The expansion is part of a renovation project of the College, which will be developed in stages, according to this growth.
The schedule is based on a base which houses the dining room, kitchen and pantry, 2 hits, from inside the building through the box of scale and from the central courtyard through screens.
* The second level contains 2 dressing rooms and 3 classrooms.
* The third level has 2 bathrooms and 3 classrooms
* The fourth level considered 1 classroom and an outdoor terrace to comply with dimensions of backyard.
* The building is oriented so that all precincts are lit naturally artificial energy saving.
* The color treatment was a key issue for the relationship between the building and the student, which was developed in entrances, facades, rooms and apartments.
