This evolving housing layout with the city of Guarda. the dwelling is located in a confrontation peripheral newly urbanized. The territory suffered some changes due to urbanization. The existing public space was built without an organization that addresses the topography of the area , forcing a tax system where types and forms coexist .
The field of housing is a trapezoidal site is enclosed in a street corner , which delivers a certain slope. It also has good sun exposure.
The program poses ordered in three levels depending on the terrain. The garage , kitchen, cellar, bathroom are arranged on the first level . The communal spaces are grouped into the intermediate level. The stairs were seen as sculptural elements in space because of their role as link between levels.
The house also attempt to establish visual relationships between interior and exterior. On the upper floor spaces are more private.
