Casa Familiar in Lety – studio pha
The design of this house is focused on meeting the modest needs of a young family, based on a comfort level, architectural design and right size. The house is wood, with a perimeter structure that allowed the maximum use of space, even in smaller enclosures. This design is transparent and logical, efficient and economical in space.
The ground floor is dominated by the main living room, separate kitchen through one of the modules of the kitchen behind it also hides the access area and staircase. On the upper floor (which is actually an attic) is divided into several sections that result in three bedrooms and a bathroom.
On one side of the enclosure was provided a service corridor that functions as a closet. In addition to the main room, with direct access to the bathroom, all other rooms are covered by a flat roof where it appears a third floor level on them.
The simple and traditional house is the result of stringent local building regulations, which requires the design of the gable, determines the height and the minimum distance to the edge of the field.
Formally, the house is built only through repeated module screens and the transition between the cover and the outer envelope, which was resolved by integrating the gutters and pipes on the composition of the walls.
