As part of architectural discourse and for reasons of durability and maintenance of very few finishes used, one being concrete, being one of the most remarkable materials of a house for its durability over time and that becomes more dignity and history over time.
The house was built with a structure based on the construction of reinforced concrete, apparent concrete walls, red brick and the use of structural steel. The exterior finishes of walls and some interior finishes are of stone Galarza, and used cast vinyl and enamel paints in wet areas.
One of the main goals was to get as much natural light and garden views, and not to create a series of enclosed spaces, but a series of spaces, where events happen and communicate with them.
Importantly, the house is designed in modules and multiples of feet, resulting in different sizes with overlapping rectangles, which became the geometric pattern of the house.
