Casa D / Panorama and WMR
The project is located in the area of ??Matanzas – Chile, on top of a cliff, 65 meters. approximately on the level of the sea.
This house, for a couple and their son, is developed within a volume 9x9mts square. In another volume that is inserted into a higher level, which by its position rotated 45 degrees to the floor, manages to generate double heights and spatial organization in the first floor.
The program is organized simply, a living room – dining room and kitchen with a platform of support, which fits a roost and access to second floor. Then, the side facing north terrace, partly covered, which provides the windy days even enjoy the outdoors
Finally, in diagonal size, bedroom and bathroom.
Three sectors defined by its position on panoramic views, the island, the beach and the forest by the sea.
