We build a large cube on a podium flanked by two courtyards at this podium resolved parking , files and Center Data Processing . In the cube , around a central courtyard, are arranged the offices over seven floors. The cube is constructed with a frame reinforced concrete 3x3x3m that the cover serves as a mechanism to collect light Central theme of this building. The two facades south work as a ” brise -soleil ” and illuminate , punctuating the strong light , areas open office . The two facades to north , serving individual offices , are light homogeneous and continuous very of this guidance and close to the outside, through webs of stone and glass.
The patio central interior , a true ” impluvium light “, reflects the light strong of the sun through the skylights and as reflected in the walls alabaster dihedral open to the south, increasing the lighting of offices open to the dihedral north oriented .
The roof is supported on four columns of concrete. Functionally the building is of great compactness , flexibility and simplicity. , this is a box concrete and stone that catches sunlight inside to serve the functions that take place within that “impluvium of light. “
