The new office of CAFOD (Catholic Agency for Overseas Development) were tailored to be an example of sustainable construction. The building was developed considering three important strands that make up a full complement sustainable concept.
The building designed each room thinking about the exchange of ideas and experiences among people. The idea is to provide an atmosphere pleasant and creative mass.
A space designed with innovation since its genesis, and also considering a budget that was limited, made this design very close to the philosophy of “simple.” The materials used are fairly basic and many of her ends were exposed.
The building is evaluated using a BREEAM of excellence through innovative solutions and building technology.
