The architectural design of the House BV, Based in São Paulo, Brazil, is a structural approach evident in sections and overhangs, slabs result hormigón.La three-story house is on the first floor garage and service areas, a second floor to the kitchen and rooms, and a third floor with bedrooms and living room.
This is a typical urban city of São Paulo, located in a site with a hard surface inclined from the street. The main idea expressed in the project is to respond immediately to the scene, with its broad front, to north at an extraordinary view of a fragment of Atlantic Forest (Forest) right in front of the plot.
The front side made of wood, is a very important element in this project, since it indicates the main entrance. It also gives you privacy to residents and protect the building from excessive isolation, and also creates a nice social space in the balcony.
Metal details appear in the same home care, such as items created, such as balconies, railings and window frames. On the third floor with beams of aluminum, produces light-filtering shades over and give movement to the facade.
