WVI has decided to commission a multi-use building, a business center in Zuid Hille in response to the continuing shortage of land and the need for smaller shops. The business center Hille Business Park comprises two buildings (HilleFront and HilleSide). The relationship between the two buildings is achieved through a carefully designed urban plan.
The selected plant is simple and rectangular, which allows the highest potential in terms of efficient use of space and divisibility in six individual modules. Flexibility is the basis of the concept: these modules vary from 144 m² without a level on the first floor of 540 m² with a level of the first floor of 105 m².
Consistency is also one of the fundamental principles in the architecture of the downtown business. Both buildings have the same simple shapes, the concept of front and materialization.
The parking lots are located on the edges of the field, often interrupted by a green area. As a result, the entire central area can be used optimally for the implementation of buildings, streets and associated maneuver space. The presence of green space contributes to an optimal situation that respects the surrounding areas.
