This building, first built the renewal of the regional offices of national television and winner of a tender issued, meets the need of the station prototype architectural state to the north, center and south of our country, in line with the characteristics of each of these geographic areas and respecting the construction costs.
The national proposal is based on two separate volumes whose facade systems change according to their location throughout the country, achieving harmony with the environment and improving thermal efficiency.
The first volume, higher, home to the television studio, the locker rooms and newspaper editing and writing. Its exterior is transformed into a great graphic support and lighting, providing a strong corporate identity is maintained throughout the country.
The second volume corresponds to a bar that addresses the administrative, recreational and technical, and façade changes to the environment. The proposal provides different solutions for different areas facades of the country.
