BLD Office by vismaracorsi architechs
The proposed interior of new offices BLD values grow Was held in the new office building Nordlink Rosario city, in the heart of North Port (Avenue of the Coast and France Av.) These offices were adapted to an open plan with a central core of movement, great visuals optimizing the entire city.
The project schedule was developed by determining the different uses and needs for each space, forming open work areas, 4 managerial offices, 4 meeting rooms, storage space or storage, a coffee break, a rest area and a reception. The kick for the layout was to analyze the organizational chart, the relationships between different areas and the number of employees working in each.
The intention was to build a flexible plan for future changes. The interior walls of each room were made of glass, in order to have good natural light throughout the day and in order to rank the hearing to all points of the city, river, city and parks.
As thought the colors on a monochrome office with soft tones, trying to create an anti stressful for employees. White was chosen for the furniture and divisions, and the black and white striped carpet. Count your time with a rest area linked to the large work space separated by vitra algae, thus generating a semi-private sector relaxation.
