Since the main idea was to build a house on a budget in a short time, the project finally built an industrial system. A prefabricated building systems offer several advantages: high quality, durability, and rapid construction. This house is built as a prototype that could be modified according to the terms of each item.
The aesthetic appearance of the house shows the use of precast construction, columns and precast concrete beams exposed both outside and inside the house. The austere facade contrasts with the warmth of the interior. We proposed a palette of more neutral white for walls and textures of wood for doors and furniture to bring more heat to the interior architecture.
The house consists of two identical volumes that open onto an interior garden and close to the views of neighbors. The first volume is the day area, a flexible space with open kitchen to the living room. The other volume is the area at night, which consists of two bedrooms and bathroom. The two volumes are connected by the library. This space also functions connector sustainable, picks winter sunlight and heats the house and in summer, and provides natural ventilation.
The house expresses the physical implementation, a system that contains all the essence of architecture: space, order and form.
