Taking as its starting point the visual geography of Taiwan – an island that looks like a sheet – we have developed the concept of a tech tree. It began with the design space of eight leaves (eight is a number cabal in the local culture) as a zeppelin-shaped elevators that glide up and down in the “tree trunk” and serving as lookouts.
